General Information

Our order form is simple and straight forward, as you will see. The tough part will be making your decisions as to which brownies to buy . . . and how many! Some important information:

• Orders may be placed for local delivery, local pick-up, or shipping anywhere in the Continental United States.
• You may place your order on-line or by phone at 310.275.1295.
• Orders are processed daily. We will send a confirmation email within 24 hours of our receipt of online orders.
• Brownies that we ship are baked to order, and once we confirm your order, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
• Beverly Hills Brownie Company® accepts all major credit cards and Beverly Hills Brownie Company® Gift Certificates. There is a minimum order price of $20 for credit card purchases. Credit card accounts will be charged at the time your order is confirmed.

Local Pick-Up and Delivery

Since our brownies are baked fresh daily, we always have them “on hand”. To be certain that we have exactly the brownies that you want, exactly when you want them, we ask that you place your order by 10:00 a.m. Pacific, two business days prior to your desired date of delivery or pick-up. You may call us for same-day or next-day-orders, and we will certainly do all possible to accommodate.

Monday – Thursday, 10a – 7p
Friday – Saturday, 10a – 8p
Sunday 11a – 6p

Delivery

Our deliveries are by messenger service, Monday through Friday, within a four-hour time frame and within Los Angeles County. The first regular, outbound orders leave our bakery at 8:00 a.m. and the last regular deliveries are made by 5:00 p.m. To obtain a delivery quote, select the delivery option of the order form and enter the zip code (for the delivery location) in the space provided. Early or late deliveries, rush deliveries and weekend deliveries are available at special rates. If you are interested in these options, please so indicate on your order and we will confirm pricing to you.

Shipping

Beverly Hills Brownie Company® offers shipping throughout the continental United States and Canada. As we do not add any preservatives, we do not make outbound shipments over weekends or holidays to minimize brownie transit time and maximize brownie enjoyment time. Our daily cutoff time is 10:00 a.m. Pacific for those orders to be shipped out within 1 business day.

May – October

During the warm weather months of May through October, and at other times when outdoor temperatures exceed average, we package our brownies using our special, Summer-Safe Shipping System for thermal control. To ensure that the proper temperature range is maintained during transit, our system integrates insulated coolers and ice packs. In addition, shipments are guaranteed for receipt within to two business days. During these months, shipping is only available for our 6 Pack, Dazzling Dozen and Petite Dozen gift boxes.

Based on added variable package weight and reduced transit time, rates are determined and quoted for each shipment. Within 1 business day of our receipt of your order, we will calculate and advise you of the related shipping cost. We will await your approval of final shipping costs before we confirm your order. At all other times of the year, our shipping rates revert to our standard prices.

November – April

With our Regular Shipping option, you can expect to receive your order within 2 to 3 business days of the ship date. Overnight shipping and Saturday deliveries are also available for additional charges; please indicate your desired option(s) at check-out and we will confirm pricing to you.

Shipping rates during these months are as follows:

• Perfect Pairs and Signature Samplers: $14 each
• Six Pack: $16
• Dazzling Signature and Petite Dozens: $20

Should outdoor temperatures exceed normal averages regardless of the time of year, we must package our brownies using our special, Summer-Safe Shipping System which incorporates insulated coolers and ice packs for thermal control. In these situations, rates are determined and quoted in advance for each shipment.
